USCIEC

United Status-China International Exchange Center (USCIEC) was given final approval for 501(c)(3) tax-deductible, charitable status by the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and is eligible to receive tax-deductible donations.

 

USCIEC was incorporated as a nonprofit public benefit corporation, with permanent nonprofit status guaranteed by not only the IRS, and our Articles of Incorporation, but also the Califonia Nonprofit Corporation Act (USCIEC assets can never be converted to commercial use).
